I'm a 4'11" person who weighs ~120lbs. I got the kids 12-14 romper for myself and it fits so well. It's so comfortable. A little difficult to take off at first but I got the hang of it. I want another one. UPDATE: i just noticed a rip where the upper back part connects to the side by my hip. with the tension of me putting it on it'll keep ripping at the seam. this makes me really upset because it's super comfortable but with how hard it is to put on i'll rip it more with the tension :(. this is the 4th time i've worn it so unfortunately this review is going from 5 to 4 stars
